Best practice in killing stuck MWA user session

The most ideal way to kill stuck MWA user session is to use standard Oracle MWA Server Manager administration or Intellinum Kill Session which is a mobile page accessible from MWA Administrator responsibility. Killing the MWA session like this will rollback the database connection and kill the MWA user session.
It is not advisable to kill the DB session (v$session) as this invalidates the JDBC connection in MWA server JDBC Connection Pool. The pool will not know if the DB connection is invalid and the connection may be given to next user who logs in and this may cause strange and unexpected behavior.
